hi,
1.create a dummy formula in rows structute .
provide description as "total sales" and fromuala as 1.
go to cell definition.
now double cilck on intersection points of Intercompany Sales-actauls and Cigarate sales-actuals.
right clcik on intersection point of actuals/total--)new formula.
Provide formula as Intercompany Sales-actauls+Cigarate sales-actuals.
Now total will return "Total sales".
2.Create one more dummy formula in KF structure "%income".
go to cell definition.
right click on intersection point of Intercompany Sales-%income -
>new formula
formula1: (Intercompany Sales-actauls)/ Total sales.
right click on right click on intersection point of Cigarate sales-%income---->new formula.
Formula2: (Cigarate sales-actuals)/total sales.
3.if u want u can for one more formula to calculate Formula1formula2 which gives total %income i.e always 100(for confirmation) by right clicking on intersection point of Total sales-%income--->new formula : formula1formula2.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
The % should be total sales divided by individual sale amount......right. Then go for a RKF in which you can do the same restrictions and in the CKF use the RKF to calculate the total sales using SUM function. In the columns in the new formula you can get the % of what you want. Try out and get back. Hope this helps....
