What is the role (function) and activities of cprojects the Change Request Manager (Charm)?? What is the benefit to configure it?

Hi,

Cprojects - is to do Project Planning for your SAP Projects.

ChaRM - is to manage your change requests in SolMan.

Link between CProjects & ChaRM - When you want to do planning for implementing your CRs then you will be working with both ChaRM & CProjects. ChaRM to manage & maintain all detials about your CRs in SolMan and CProjects to do the planning for implementing your CRs(including resource allocations).
