Retrieval of selected solutions failed in SMD URL

Hello,

I'm getting the below mentioned errors in SMDiagnostics URL:

Connection to Solution Manager failed

A failure occured while triggering solution publication from Solution Manager

A failure occured while triggering solution publication from Solution Manager

!! Exception : Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible.

Do you still want to proceed to next step ?

***************************************************************************************

We performed the Java stack restart too, but it didn't help in any way.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Try checking the below points,

1] SLD connectivity with solman

2] Execute tcode smdiag_wizard and check whether it reports any connectivity issues.

3] Try to execute the diagnostics wizard again (last option)
