Hi Experts,
I am working on a scenarion Proxy to http synchronous one.
While executing the Report from R\3 there is no message coming to PI . Can anyone sugest what is the possible problem here.

Can you check the SXMB_MONI transaction in your SAP backend system and tell us the error?
Also, please check if you have done all the settings done here:

Check after calling proxy class are using commit work. If so then goto transactiion SM58 and check for message status.
You can debug your code and catch exception while calling proxy class.
