Could not create user

HI All,

I have installed EP6.0 SP9. I logged in the portal, by default I got Administrator, Super_Admin_Role roles to the user. After that I added the remaining roles to the same user. The result is all the tabs under System Admin, Content Admin, User Admin are displaying twice. Then I tried to delete the roles what I added.

For this I followed the menu, User Administration->Roles.

Soon after I click on Roles tab, I am getting an pop up saying that Internet could not able to open the page, Operation Aborted.

Also I could not able to create users. Its giving an error that Could not create user.

Kindly suggest me how can I resolve those two issues.

What datasource are you using ( I mean Java + ABAP stack ) ?

Hi,

I installed on WIN 2003 server.

Data source is Java + ABAP stack.

For deleting the roles, I am clicking on Roles tab of User Administration, then I am getting an error that Internet could not able to open the page, Operation Aborted.

try to open the portal from other client which having WIN xp or WIN2000 OS

hope it's works

the default administrator can have two role administrator and, super_admin_role,

remove the other role so u can't get it twice.

whats is ur OS i having a same problem EP 6.0 SP9 on WIN2003 server
