SNC Query regarding ManufacturingWorkOrderRequest_Out

Hello Experts,

When we publish a WO it sends out a message from SNC called ManufacturingWorkOrderRequest_Out automatically.

The monitor(transaction: sxmb_moni) keeps showing all red flags called System Error - Manual Restart Possible.

How can we stop the system from doing this? Please Help

Hello All,

There is a standard SAP Setting in SNC SPRO

SNC -->basic settings --> Processing inbound and outbound messages -->Assign Outbound XML message types to default process types.

We deleted ManufacturingWorkOrderRequest - Outbound so that the XML does not get generated which in turn prevents triggering of message.

That solved the problem for now.

Hi Suraj,

You will get System Error - Manual Restart Possible only when you have not maintain proper XI mapping.

There is no Integration scenario for WO from SNC to ECC.

In XI setting is available to stop this error message in SXMB_MONI..

It is not advisiable to stop this error message in SXMB_MONI because then it won't show this System Error - Manual Restart Possible error for any scenario.

Could you please tell, why you dont want to send the XML ??? Are you not maintaining any Supplier ERP system.

Did you try deleting the XML message Outbound interface ManufacturingWorkOrderRequestOutbound from SPRO-SNC-Processing of Inbound and Outbound MessagesAssign Outbound XML Messages to Default Process Types.

Please let me know the result.
