Delta Records not extracted in GL4

We have posted some records in R/3 GL accounts. I tried to extract the records in to BW and it is 0 records. In RSA7, delta queue it is empty...Any ideas about the missing piece?

Hi dear,

your (apparent) problem is due to the safety interval...

Look at OSS Note 485958 "BCT-FI: Extracting FI line items up to the current date" to have more info !
