Dispatcher not getting Started on MMC

Hi,

I have NW 7.0 installed on 64 bit windows 2008 server.. SAP MMC was working fine for few days. When i try starting it now, the disp+work.exe is not starting properly. I get the status as Running, Message Server connection ok, Dialog Queue time: 0.00 sec. J2EE: some process running

When i look at J2EE process table SDM starts properly, but the dispatcher and server0 are still in yellow and i get a transaction canceled error in the syslog. I also get the Shortdump and error SAP-Basis System: Run-time error.

Many must have faced such errors before. Any help would be very useful
