Problem during J2EE add in installation

Hi

I wan to install XI system. I install NW ABAP unicode system. and making all configuration.

when i try to install a J2EE ADD in system the install raise a error during start J2EE server. the problem regardding to JVM.

how can i solve this problem.

HI,

i cna find follwoing

std_server0.out - "Error Occured during initialization of VM could not reserve enough space for object heap"

and my java version is J2SDK 1.4.2.10

any idea?

hi Kinjal,

Welcome to SDN.

Give your Java Heap Size as 512MB (before installation.. in one of the steps).

Try to use JDK1.2.4_09. 1.2.4_10 gives you lots of problems.

First try the Java Heap Size then you try to change the Java Version.

Use J2SE 1.4.2_08 or 1.4.2_09 .

Do not use J2SE 1.4.2_10 as it has problems.
