Reg serial number in usage decision

Dear all,

For a finished material we have activated 04 insp type and put serial number profile which contains QMSL03 (obligatory)

For goods receipt from production order for an insp lot of 10 nos in the QA11 screen if we want to pu 5 in unrestricted and remaining in blocked state, How to select the serial numbers.(how to select 5 nos into unrestricted)

Hi

In UD screen Stock posting select first those 5 nos which you want to put in block stock.

press on recycle bucket that means delete tab.

so that only five which you want to put in unresticted will remain.Now selct these & save (or make ok)

Automatically system will put rest of 5 sr nos to block stock.

(prior to this make sure that you make entry in both u/r & B/S)

This willl solve your problem
