problem with crt sapk-60301ineappl

Morning gurus,

i try to upgrade to SAP-APPL 603 on PATCH 04 my system...

but i have this error:

EA-IPPE, 400 with "X" on my Support Package manager

but in my system i have EA-IPPE 404 installed...

you know why!?

and how i can updaate or reload it?!

yes,perrequisite is ok in my system...

in anycase, on log i have:

EA-IPPE, 400: NON PERMITTED RELEASE OF ADD ON EA-IPPE INSTALLED

but i have installed:

from SAPKGPID01 to 13

SAPK-404001INEAIPPE

SAPK-404002INEAIPPE

SAPK-404003INEAIPPE

what else need my system ?!

you might be better of opening an OSS message.

Are you trying to do an upgrade to EHP4?

on another my system i try to update it on EHP4....at the moment, i m stopped to the installation of tool for EHPS..

IT'S TOO DIFFICULT FOR ME.....

yes, I have read the note...but no info reguarding this...

but now, how i can installed EA-IPPE 400?!

I Search it on sap download marketplace, but installation file of EA-IPPE 400 is empty...

what is my mistake?!

the problem is EA-IPPE 400 required..

but my system have EA-IPPE 404 installed...

how can this happen?!

Have you read the known issues note related to that patch?... also EA-IPPE 400 should be the minimun requirement..

SAPKH60301 in SAP Marketplace sais under package info -> import conditions,

Can you check that you have those on your system?

Check the Queue calculation log that should show you what patches are required... also you can check the prerequisite sets... you must have more than 1 set, its only suffient to cover on of them.
