hi,
one of my user is getting error message while creating supprot message from R/3 system for solutionmanager. Other users are able to create the support message.
The message is:
Because of error 513, no support message has been created in support system
What is the reason for this messgae and how

Please check the settings highlighted in the following notes, eror 513 is usually because of incorrct or insufficient settings done in IMG steps
