EhP1 hangs during the installation of add on ST-SER 701_2008_2 in Solman

Hi,

We are installing EhP 1 in solution manager system.

The process has hung at the phase IMPORT_PROPER when it is installing add on ST-SER 701_2008_2.

OS: AIX 5.3

Database : Oracle 10.2.0.2

Can anyone help us in this regard with any clue.

Just tried the re-import and it worked after we retried it.

How you know it is hung ??

Keep an eye on the tmp directory of the EHP Install and the files should be getitng updated there.
