Change Sales Order report

Can any body please tell me how to change the sales order(VA02) print out script.

what are the basic step to change it ???

Hi,

U can change the Standard Script to Z-Script. After u can make the changes in it. No need to change the standard program. U can write sub routine progrm for script.

Configure outputs using NACE for Sales Order(Application: NACE)..You may need to assign a Print Program(Driver Program), Routine & Form(SAPScript/ Smartforms) to your Output Type. For changing the standard script you may have to create a Z-Script. for the same. You may copy the existing standard script using SE71 and modify/change the newly created script.

Hi,

If it is a standard script and you want to make changes in it then it is not possible.

you will have to copy the script to a Y or Z SCRIPT and then make changes in it.

Then configure your Y/Z script instead of the standard script against the particular output type in NACE transaction for application V1.
