Progress not getting reported for partially confirmed activities

hi all,

We are using degree of processing as the measurement method for progress analysis where in i also assigned the weights to the activities. However i am facing one problem. I have assigned the weightages to each activities.

When i partially confirm the activity corresponding weights does not flow when I run progress analysis (CNE1/CNE5)

Can anybody help in this.

Hello,

My weightage of the Enginering WBs in the entire project is 30 % for that i have deivede the weightage of the activity under Engineering in such a way that when all the activities are confirmed 100 the 30 % progress will be rported at Engineering.

For one of the activity i have given the weightage in POC weight as 2589. If we considered when i complete the activity by 100 percentage weighatage of 2589 should flow to respective WBS element.

However i am cmpleting the activity as 10% complete the corresponding weightage of 258.9 should flow to WBS which will be inturn calculate the % progress for WBs element.

I hope the example is clear.
