We want to provide new buttons for processing MB1B and ME21N from QM01 and QM02. What are the user exits to do the same.

Try user Exit:

QQMA0001 QM/PM/SM: User Subscreen for Notification Header

Here you have to add the screen number in the Exit & call them .

I think you should check any enhacemant in Action box that is business transaction.

Go to QCC0>action box>business Transaction--->check "PMSD" Stock transfer

kindly configure new action box in the following IMG path QM>Quality notification>Notification processing>Additional Notification Functions>Define Action box.

But check whether the suitable FM is there for executing MB1B etc
