settlement error

Hi just want to ask reason why encountered this error in settlement, " System status CRTD is active " then when I look on the Project Builder wbs doesn't have CREATED status. please advise. thanks

Hi

Check the system status and user status of your Project, WBS element and Network orders. Make sure the the status is REL, then do the settlement.

HI,

If you try to carry out the settlement for entire project, you need to check the status of the all the project elements.

else try to have a look into project user status if you have already have one assigned.

Hi,

Possibilly there will be a reason for this error.

If you are settleing project with hireachey and orders, system run the settlemnt for toatl project by checking all the WBSE's and network activities status. If any one WBSE status is in CRTD then system display a error message.In CRTD status system will not allow for settlement.

Check and do revert.
