We have a request with tree roles and when we reject one role and hit the approve button we are asked to do a rsik analysis.
After we run that and hit the approve button again we get thiese error messages:
Access changed, Risk analysis is invalidated.
Risk Analysis Mandatory
We get these even if we run it again.

The fix for this is in SP8.1
