Mapping: Problem with duplicating Subtrees

Hello,

i've got a Problem in message mapping, as I try to duplicate a subtree of an IDoc (= target structure).

In some mappings i can do it without problems, and the mapping is working correct.

In other mappings i can duplicate them indeed, but if I save the mapping, all the subtrees (and the corresponding target field mappings) are removed automatically.

Can someone tell me why this happens and how i can solve this problem?

Hi,

You have to map the header of the duplicated subtrees... If you don't have any specific condition then map it to CONSTANT.

Then they won't vanish.
