Is UCES a standalone system?

We plan to use UCES.

We are not sure if UCES has to work together with CRM, ECC, etc.

In the other words, if we do not have CRM and ECC, can we install and run UCES?

Thanks!!

Hi,

UCES can be a stand alone java system or can be installed on Java stack of ISU. Finally the point is UCES will get the data from ISU not from CRM. However CRM and ISU are connected. UCES is just a java software component, can be deployed on any java stack. We have deployed it on a stand alone java system.

Regard,

Vamshi.

Hi ,

UCES is specific to ISU, ECC standard. This comes alongwith JAVA stack and sits on the top of Biller Direct.

Thanks,

As far as I know, UCES is an IS(industry solution). So I doubt it is a part of CRM.

Could anyone give some typical UCES transactions so that I can try to access them in our already installed CRM?

Please help more. Thanks!

It seems to be an add-on. Refer to page 45 from attached master guide.
