'Action not possible as change version exists' error message

Hello,

We have a purchase order in our system that needs to be cancelled down to get rid of the commitment but we receive the error message 'Action not possible as change versions exist' and it does not allow us to change anything on the purchase order.

The non-approval workflow appears to have ran correctly as a result of the changes made and BBP_PD shows the change version C1 as completed.

Has anyone else had this issue previously and is anyone aware of how to change the purchase order?
