Hi,

When I look in to the communication channel monitoring i am facing the following error message.

Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:21": java.lang.NullPointerException

and many files are struck in FTP folder.

Please provide the solution to resolve it

I hope you have checked the working status of your FTP server

Use IP address in your CC to connect to the FTP server as suggested in this thread:

Check the Incoming file format, any corrupted file etc

Gabriel,

It says error occred while connecting to FTP server. Can you please check the destination, username and pwd. Ask your basis guys to give necessary permisstions for XI to connect to that FTP server.
