WBS Field Missing in Sales Order

Hi,

I am using ECC 6. I created a Sales order with a line item. I click on the line item and go to Account Assignment Tab. But the WBS field is missing.

But in the Sales order overview screen i can see the column for WBS element which is in uneditable mode.

So i am not able to assign the WBS element to the sales order.

Please suggest.

Check the requirement type in Saleorder is KP or not. if it is KE, wbs field won't be populated.It should be 'KP'.

This depends the strategy group in the Material master MRP view, if it 21 then requirement type will come as KP, if it is 20 then your requirement type will be KE.

I did the following:

1. Created a configurable material 123 with material type KMAT

2. Created a class1 with variant class 300

3. Created characteristics title, delivery type, language and pricing

4. Assigned values to each characteristic like titleu2026training 1 & 2, delivery typeu2026Classroom & on-demand and languageu2026.. English & French

5. Pricing I attachedu2026.Table SDCOM, Field Name VKOND

6. Dependency is:

I am in a dilemma. If I activate strategy 25 (MRP 3) in my KMAT material..I get my BOM in the sales order but account assignment field WBS vanishes.

If I remove stragey 25 I get my WBS in the sales order but my BOM vanishes!

Any way out

Hi All,

I've one more query regarding the Configurable Material:

I've a scenario where the Material is Configurable at Multilevel with BOM Application.

I've created the BOM of the Header Material with BOM Usage -1 Production

The Demand for the header level is placed through Sales Order as well as the Project WBS Network.

In the Sales Order system is allowing me to configure but in the Project Network I got a message the "You have not created the configuration Profile yet for the material(header level)".

The business is having a SD Module and the PS Module.

The Multilevel Material demand can be placed by both of these SD through Sales Order and PS Module via WBS Element.

I've created a Configuration Profile Planned Order / Prod Order Multilevel with PP01 BOM Application.

This is working perfectly in Sales Order but when I'm entering the Configurable Material on the Project WBS element system is Giving me a message "Configuration Profile is not yet created".

Can anyone let me know is it because of the BOM Application or some other issue.
