Apart from the suggestion given, you can schedule the batch job in SM36 as per you schedule. By scheduling from SM36 will give you flexibility of chosing the time , date etc.
you can set up the program RV60SBAT to run periodically say daily once or twice according to your requirement for creating billing documents , you can set up the job in sm36.
You can use VF06 to configure billing jobs daily. The corresponding program is RV60SBAT. You have to create variants for the billing type and other parameters.
