messages stuck in queue

hi All

I am getting the problem in sxmb_moni when the XML message goes from one integration process to SOAP adapter and a mapping is called.The queue status is Queue Stopped. When i click on that queue it shows status as SYSFAIL.When i double click on that queue again it shows Status Text

as "XI Error CLIENT_SEND_FAIL . INTERNAL :Queue Stopped. Can any one tell me reason why happening so? plz reply ASAP.

Firstly, welcome to sdn.

Please avoid short forms like "plz" and "rgds".

Also avoid words like asap.

They give a feeling that you are commanding others to do your work.

Its a term that is used by managers to their sub-ordinates.

Hi Abhishek,

i gone thru the link ,i have reprocess the message sucessfully but i want to know why they stuck in queue.and from where i can do the root cause analysis for this. please help for this.

this may have happen because your JAVA stack was down for some time or there was a connection loss between the ABAP and JAVA stack.....hence processing was affected

This caused the Queue to stop and the message to stuck

Check with your basis team to get the log of JAVA stack.....
