The GR lorry icon in SC is not changing from grey to a colour after a GR

The problem is that the status of Shopping cart(after return delivery or GR deletion) is not updated in check status.In follow on documents you see that Return delivery(Deletion)has been made,but in check status the icon to GR is not active.

Please let me know what I need to check.What should be activated.

Hello Alex,

Please make sure that report BBP_GET_STATUS_2" and "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP" are run in SRM.

After BBP_GET_STATUS_2 the status of the shopping cart (e.g. GR possible) should be changed.
