LogViewer Service in Visual Admin

Hi all,

We are running PI 70 SP14 on HP UX - Oracle. When i open the visual admin and try to go - Server- Service - Log Viewer, its not opening or taking long wait time. Finally i need to terminate the visual admin itself. its in hanged stage.

Could you please let me know how we can make this service to open swiftly
