Hello, several users and vendors in our system refer to incorrect closing of
their session from portal, that is after logoff and logon they receive a message like
"the view is used from other account" or similar.
The users declare to exit regulary from the portal with the logoff link, however some http sessions
are still pending (from SM04).
Could you suggest to us some checks to perform in order to reduce the problem ?
