Hi,
While creating the ARE-1, Our client is entering the Created on and Dispatched On dates in the Certification Dates tab.Somes somes he forget the Dispatched On dates.
He wants the Dispatched date as mandatory while saving the ARE-1.
How we can put it as a mandatory field?

At the time of saving it wont ask but at the time of posting the ARE1 the system will prompt for removal time and posting date nothing but despatched date.
Else try with using a screen variaNT FOR J1ia101 t code in SHD0

I think you will have to add this field in the incompletion procedure inorder to make this field manditory
You cant make any field mandatory in sales order.
You can add that date field in incompletion procedure.
So before saving the sales document the system will give you a mess that sales order is incomplete.
And this will block your further procedure also unless and until you wont fill those entry.
So try to add that field in incompletion procedure Tcode OVA2, VUA2
revert if u have further doubts
