Solution manager - CRMD_ORDER

Dear All

I am the new one to Solution manager.

i want to change the label names for the following fields in CRMD_ ORDER Transactions.

is it possible? if possible give your valuable help to change....

STandard label name -- Proposed LAbel name

1. Caegory -- XXXXXXXX

2.Ext.reference no -- YYYYYYY

3.Reference Date -- ZZZZZZZ

4.Subject -- AAAAAA

But remember that you are changing SAP Standard:

--> That field is important in solution Manager (actions behaviour changd depending on this field - Watch your Charm process!)

--> Your changes will probably have to be done everytime you upgrade

--> it's a question of education - your users have to be educated in the fact that although the field is called X, you put Y in it.

I have changed the field names in CMOD against that field data element but it is not changed in CRMD_ORDER screen.,

Please extend your help..

I have tried it in my solman system, it works perfectly.

What data element are you using?

Dear Pascal,

I have entered the Solman data element in that field name i have pressed the F1 ket the field help is opened through this i have find out the technical names. in that i have selected the data element

for example

I have tried to change the label name for CATEGORY

for this field Data element is CRMT_ACTIVITY_CATEGORY

i have changed the label name in that CMOD.. but it is not changed in the CRMD_ORDER screen...
