RFC Destination CCRISKANALYSIS: Connection error

While doing the connection test for CCRISKANALYIS in SM59we are getting the following error:
Connection Error
Error when opening an RFC connection

How to resolve this error.
We are using the VPN to connect to GRC server of client.

Hello Kumar,
Have you created SAP Adapter in RAR for this RFC? If you have then check if the adapter is active and in green color? Check if you have the program name in multiple RFC destinations. If you have then remove it from multiple ones and keep it with 1 only.
