DATA is transfer from easy DMS to r/3 DMS

Cna the tell me how the DATA is transfer from easy DMS to r/3 DMS ? is there any BAPI or badi or back up function ?

hi,

i am not understood data transfer from EDMS to DMS.

here What u create originals files would be stored in Content server. which is configured with protocol 'HTTP'

so SAP dms is meant for to store originals in Content server.

so what u create wether in DMS or EDMS, would e stored in HTTP contenet server.

there is no data transfer between DMS and EDMS.

Sorry for that , i mean how the data is reflected in r/3 DMS .

For example: We will create document num or object link and document link etc in easy DMS screen . when we will login R/3 DMS we can able to see all that input at there .how ?

hi,

everithing taken care by Kpro, if u use Content server. the function modules runs in backend, which will take care for DMS updation.

this is purly Iteernaly well organized programs will take care. here we only configuring the applicaations.

Kpro has three funtionality,

1.Content management services

2.Document mangament services

3.Indexmange management services.

by configuring thes the system will take care everithing. lot of programs runs in back end to support functions.
