Hi Experts,
when i create a SC .it has got the status as Error in Process.
i ahve checked the Approval tab. It is having No workflow started. Application error occurred
suggest with useful tips to avoid this

Provide more details - which technical scenario you are using and what is the follow-on document expected.

Hi Guru,
we are having classic scenario(SRM 5.0).we are expecting the followon documents to be either a reservation or PR.
in RZ20 it shows the status as Shopping cart 1000011697 (PO 6500000502): 06 078 Target quantity exceeded by 19 PC
but no follow on document is created
