Incorrect Budget Assigned Value - PO Budget Tab

Hi SRM Experts,

I am getting Budget Exceeded error because wrong Budget Assigned Value at PO Level (under Budget Tab).

Whenever I am trying to change/ display PO, SRM have incorrect budget assign value at PO Header (budget Tab).

Assigned Budget Value in PO Budget Tab = PO item value + Budgeted Internal Order Value in back end.

Please let me know if anyone come across this type error in SRM 4.0 with Extended Classic and suggest or provide a solution for this issue.

Hi,

Budget check is performed directly in the backend linking to the accounting object (IO, WBS) being assigned.

Hence the error is coming from the ERP. SRM is just reflecting what ERP is encountering. Shouldn't you check the ERP instead?
