DBACOCKPIT - Memory Performance Values Not Displaying

Using SQL Server 2008, Windows 2008 and SAP ERP 6.0 (NW 7.0). The buffer cache ratio numbers are all 0 in DBACOCKPIT.

Any ideas?

Hi Paul

You have checked to ensure that all of the SAP_collector * background jobs are running successfully.

Also you might check that the authorizations for user running the SAPOsCol service are correct.

SAP_BASIS Release 7.00 - Level 0016 - Highest Support SAPKB70016.

Note that this functionality works on our QAS system (same hardware, same software).

Please check the stored procedures with the other systems..Needs to be refreshed...Try report mssprocs
