Creating new user attribute

Hi All,

I need to create a new attribute for the user. this will be a customer defined attribute and will be populated in the Organization structure PPOMA_BBP.

Can any body tell me the how to achieve this.

Hi Gurus,

While opening a Vendor application thru a Browser in create/ change mode, the application opens invariably in Display mode only.

I checked the authorisations of the user. However could not find any reasons for the above.

Could anybody pls help?

Are there any BADI implementations in yr landscape for

....DOC_CHECK

.....DOC_CHANGE

.....MODIFY_UI_CONTROL

if yes check the logic

also try the same scenario in SAPGUI login by the vendor user ID

come out of easy access with /n

and enter the TXN

Thanks for the reply.

1. I've DOC_CHANGE_BADI however the method for changing Vendor/BP is not available. All other like SC, PO, Confi, etc are present

2. DOC_CHECK is available

3. Ive BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI but the methods are for contract and bid.

Where do I go from here then? Kindly assist.

Hi All,

While 'Check' ing a Local contract , foll error appears

*Pur Grp XX not assigned to Pur Org YY*

org str is as follows -

Pur GrpXX assigned to Pur Org 11

User within the pur grpxx had created the contract .

Pur Grp ZZ assigned to Pur Org YY

User within the Pur GRpzz is now modifying the contract.

The contract was released earlier and the same is now being changed. The real problem is even when I use a third pur grp(say QQ) and a corresponding pur org , the same messge appears.

I tried to change the assignments of Pur grpxx,zz and those of users ( in responsibility and function tabs respec) . Checked authorisations of users,removed assignmnt for pur orgYY etc but not successful.

Kindly throw some insight if possible.
