Problem in downloading DNL_COND_A003

Hi gurus,

I have a problem in downloading from R/3 to CRM object DNL_COND_A003.

Outbound queue of R/3 are displaying the following error:

STOP Report: SAPMSSY1

whereas inbound queue of CRM has fallen in status SYSTFAIL ERROR :SMOF078.

I have downloaded the rest of objects without recording any problems.

Checked notes 210845 and 314542, but at the moment I am experiencing the same problem.

What do u suggest doing?

Any suggestion will be useful.

Hi,

I guess you should try to first find out that where the problem exists.

Stop the Queue in R/3 and CRM

If the queue is properly formed in R/3 then release it to CRM and then release to let it go in CRM system

Put a breakpoint at Function Module CND_MAP_MAST_EXCHANGE_MAIN_MBD

and try to figure out if any message is raised.

Also see in txn smw01 that what is the status of Bdoc.

please mention the error message if any that you see.

then I will be in a better situation to analyse the Probelem.

Hi all,

basically I have solved the problem by adding manually to table PRCC_COND_CT, condition MWPI, which is a tax condition.

In the Bdoc there was a clear message which was saying to insert this condition in this table.

Moreover I checked table CND_MAPC_INF_DNL.

Hi Kaushal,

I have applied note 674644, but it still doesn't work.

Think I could produce the same change in CRM tables.

Meant I have to modify Customizing of CRM ,in a similar way I have done with R/3.
