Runtime Error 9 on WAD after transports

Hi Experts,

I am << Run time error : 9 Subscript out of Range >> and it throws me out of WAD.

This is happening only in QA after the transports, but Dev is working fine.

I have checked the notes and steps suggested in the previous discussions but none of it is helped.

Please if any one has dealt with this error before and resolved it please help.

Hi Sarah,

Is this happening with only this web template, or all others in the QA system?

Sometimes the transports for web templates (though successful) are not correct. You can either try to reimport that request, or collect the web template in a new request. A practice I usually follow with new web templates (first transport) is to collect and assign to a request > Open in WAD and save it again > then transport.

This is the only web template in QA and this was the first transport for the template.

I am unable to even get what the error actually is to debug it further other than the message.

I still continue to get the error even after re-import infact even Dev web tempplate also gives the same error after transport.

If anyone has had this error before please suggest.
