Idoc to Soap scenario

Hi All,

We have an Idoc to webservice scenario, where multiple offers from R3 system are sent to CRM .

The offer info(has Account Id,offer number..etc) is updated in CRM parallely. This results in locking

if two or more offers belongs to same Account Id.

Please provide solutions to avoid this error.

Hi,

You can change it to idoc to abap proxy scenario.

In the abap proxy,judge whether call webservice according to the business logic.
