Where we can change the Goods recipient and requester address other that BP.

We have changed in BP as well in Org Structure
As Sheng Teo said, you can do manage user data in Administrator role or su01 then HRLAXSYNC report so this will be updated in web also.

Maintaining internal address using the Administrator role should allows you to do it as well.
