Transferring points from 1 user id to another

Dear all,

Aplogies for posting this, if this has already been answered somewhere, I searched in forums but could not find any thread answering this.

I anticipate that at some point of time in the near future, I will lose my current s-id, as project will end and will probably get a new one at my next project. What is the procedure for transferring all historical data, such as points history, threads answered etc, from current user id to another one? Who do I write to, are there forms to fill etc etc?
