Personalization of webdynpro application...

Dear Experts,

I have made some fields of a webdynpro abap application using personalizations, but these are only done to the user from which I had logged in , How can I do this for all the users and what are the R3 and Portal roles required If I wand to do the administers personalization, also please tell how can I transport It to the production server.

Kindly suggest, Full points guaranteed.

Hi Upendra,

Web Dynpro ABAP Personalization takes place at runtime and settings can be made by [end users or administrators|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/46/98ce61f37d19ace10000000a11466f/frameset.htm] (customization). The settings made by an enduser are specific to their own usernames whereas the administrators can personalize settings for all users.

Also enduser personalization is user specific and therefore doesn't transport whereas the administrator personaization is transportable in the newer versions. What you can do is to create Component and Application Configurations.
