Consistency error for user in PPOSA_BBP , no error in HRALXSYNC

Hi Experts,

For the same user when we run the report HRALXSYNC in SE38 , everything is green but when we check the same user in PPOSA_BBP it gives error "Attribute check for USER failed" .

I have two queries,

1)Why is the mismatch between the two checks i.e. in HRALXSYNC report and PPOSA_BBP

1)How can we see what is the exact error.

Hello Anubhav,

Try transaction:bbp_bp_om_integrate to check the user consistency and repair.

Give the User and check the attributes,use Repair Option in this transaction to remove inconsistancies if any.

Might be the Org plan is not updated.try and let me know

BBP_CHECK_USER No more valid in srm .

integrate transaction helps you to know the error from the error message we need to correct the error.

i believe old versionhas that option green, red, yellow etc.

Hello Anubhav,

What version of SRM?

Execute the transaction:bbp_bp_om_integrate for the user,

after the result comes,whith some data in red,right?

Now scroll towards right..

select the User's consistency row and there is an optiion at the end of tool bar,

with 2 arrows shoWing downwards(Start Repair),just select the user and click on it.

see what happenS

Hi All,

The reason for difference between the resulrs is that HRALXSYNC checks only for HR data and relationships where as PPOSA_BBP when we go to Check tab it shows errors for the user attributes for all business objects like shoping cart etc.

Yes I am doing it for the option USER in HRALXSYNC.

Is there any difference between the transcations BBP_CHECK_USER / BB_CHECK_CONSISTENCY / HRALZSYNC Report or bbp_bp_om_integrate because all these look same when executed?
