Solution manager - CRMD_ORDER

Dear All,

Im the new to Solution manager In CRMD_ORDER transaction we are entering the IBASE and component number manually.

is it possible to set as default value for this.

Any configuration required?.

Kindly give your valuable advise.

Hi

You can use transaction variant for CRMD_ORDER from

SHD0 transaction------Its SHD(Zero)

Here you can copy any standard transaction variant to zone make ur settings and save the values.

save this variant and assign user this variant of the transaction using roles

so when they enter this transaction this variant with default IBASE opens up
