hi,
while i transfering planned orders from APO to R/3 .. some of the planned orders stuck in CIF. in SAPAPO/CCCR it shows that list of planned orders under planned orders not in active ntegration model. what are all the posibilities & how to rectify
Hi Thennarasu,
Please check the following
1) For the struck planned order items, check whether MRP type is mentioned
as XO in MRP1 view of R/3
2) Check active integration model available for planned orders/production orders.
If not, you need to create those
3) Check distribution definition and OLTP settings in customisation for planned orders.

It says that a material in that planned order is not in active integration model hence you need to go to the material master for that material and check:
1) Basic Data1 view: Xplantmatlstatus - should be APO relevant
2) MRP1 view: Check plntspmatlstatus to be APO relevant, check MRP type to be X0 or X1 (APO relevant), check your MRP controller & also your production scheduler to be APO relevant or Integration model relevant.
Hi Thennarasu,
You may have to do the following checks
1. Goto CFM1 in R/3 and check the selection criteria of integration model. There may be few products that you would have restricted in the integration model. While running the reconciliation report CCR you would have not selected the same selection criteria.
2. You can run transaction /n/sapapo/CCR, by selecting the Integration model name in the field 'Model Name' in selection criteria. This will ensure that the you are reconciling only the planned orders that are in the integration model. This time you will not find the error 'Not in Integration model'.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
