How to activate PS budget Check for Services

We have budgetory control over material & services for the project .

While posting the resrevation for the material , system checks the available budget & give error is no margin is available .

But while posting the serviecs via service entries , system does not check the available magin & posts the entrie amount eventhough the Availble budget turns negative.

Pl guide on the issue .

Hi,

Due to technical reasons Budget availability check is not triggered during G.R or Service Entry (ML81N).

Please apply following notes to resolve it

Reason for No availability = Note 46209.

Solution = Note 696362.

Hi

Go to SPRO --- Investment management - Project as investment measures--Planning and budgeting ---Define tolerance limits for availbility control

Select your availbility control profile and change the tolerance group to ++
