How to activate & process Notification

Hi Team

Pls suggest me steps into Notification processing. I am not clear with Rel, Teco status. When to release & tech. complete this.

When any notification is created u2018Outstandingu2019 status (OSNO) is attached to it.

Then defects are recorded if any, task and activities are assigned to it.

Tasks are also having status, when it is created they are in outstanding status,

At the same time notification is put 'In process' (NOPR) by releasing it. Then task are put 'In process' (TSRL) status. In process means work is going on that task.

After completion of task, the status has to be changed to 'Completed' (TSCO)and 'Successfully Completed' (TSCO TSSC).

Then only notification can be closed (NOCO NOTE ATCO).
