Hi Everyone,
In CN25/ CJ20N tcode for network activity confirmation, i am giving the input and pressing save button. With reference to this transaction there are three status can be set namely partial confirmation, manual confirmation and confirmation i.e PCNF, MCNF and CNF. I am using Business Object AFVC_NETW to trigger my workflow. As per workflow design i have given CNF, PCNF, MCNF as starting events. So when any one of the status is set from CN25 my workflow will trigger. Also at a time only one status has to be set either PCNF or CNF. But when i press save button in CN25 its triggering all the three statuses at the same time in event trace SWEL(T code). This is quite surprising. So three work items are generated for all three start events.
I used SWU_OBUF and checked again but still all three statuses are set. Is it problem with Business Object or I am missing something at somewhere.

Hi,
PCNF:Partially confirmed
CNF: Confirmed
MNCF:Manuallay confirmed.
When One tries to Pass the confirmation (100%) to the activity via CN25 or CJ20N the System will set the MNCF and PCF.
If less than 100% confirmation is passed then the system will set the PCNF and MNCF.
So the system Behaviour is correct.
Hope that helps..
Thanks!!

Hi,
Thanks for your comment, I know the things that you have mentioned. As already I have mentioned those things in the details of my query.
But issue is when any one of these status are set ( this is nothing but an event which can be used to trigger a workflow). So, I using these three statuses to trigger a workflow which will give information confirmation of that activity. Now for the same, with respect to this confirmation I am checking at event trace (SWEL) to check which all status are trigger, but there I see that all three status are triggered, where as at the system status detail of the activity the status which I can see are PCNF and MCNF(since I have made a partial confirmation).
So, if anyone has faced similar kind of problem, kindly share the details.
