Hi,
So far we were doing the SPAM/SAINT upgrade when users are not connected to the system. But anyone knows whether that is really required. As my understanding, it is a tool to apply other support packages, so it should be able to import while users are connected. if that is the case, it would be very helpful, as we could prepare the other support packages ready for importing.
So if anyone knows please suggest.

you can go with the SPAM and the SAINT upgrade duringwhen the User are in but see thet you have no transport at that time.
