Form output type not repeat in change automatically as in Create

Dear Guys,

We are issuing form by output condition.

I have set related config. And output type works fine in Create mode.

but when I go to change mode, it would not come out automatically as in create mode.

Anyone have idea on it ?

Did you check 'Multiple issuing' checkbox on the output type?
